Some of our favorite projects are whole-home remodels because they’re so rewarding and allow us to create a sense of connection through your home. We also do room remodels! But what about smaller honey-do list-type construction projects?
We pride ourselves on our integrity and professionalism. Sometimes, after using us for a larger project, someone asks for help with some smaller things. Here’s how we make that work.
We’re not handymen here at T&H, but we understand that sometimes it’s hard to find quality people to do your smaller honey-do list construction projects. So, for that, we say, give us the whole honey-do list!
Why a Whole Honey Do List?
As Class B contractors, T&H Home Improvements typically does medium to larger projects, so it makes more sense for us to set up in your home and make it worth your while.
If you hire a contractor instead of a handymen, you should get your money’s worth. So, while it may not make much sense to get us to patch a hole in a wall if you’re worried about how it matches your home’s aesthetic and have other changes you’d like us to make, it can make more sense for you and us.
A Little Here, A Little There
So, if you don’t have a major project like a bathroom or kitchen remodel, flooring makeover, or whole-home remodel, what can you call us for? How about a combination of a few things?
- Fixtures – Maybe you need your faucets, shower heads, tubs, or toilets switched out? We can combine that with some other tasks to make a project work.
- Carpentry—We pride ourselves on our creativity. So when you are trying to figure out how to make your home work, we can help! Need some storage? Can’t figure out how to utilize a space? That’s a great place to utilize T&H.
- Improving General Aesthetic – If your home is in good condition but you need to make some changes to make it fit your style, we can help. Whether you know what you want or need a little help, that’s what we do.
- Finishing—Do you have chips in your molding? Want it to look more modern? Let us put the finishing touches on your home or fix up the damaged molding, etc., that you have.
Bundling Honey-Do List Tasks is More Cost-effective
When we bundle your honey-do list tasks together, we can be more efficient and save you some money. For example, while it wouldn’t make sense to hire us only to paint your home if we did a coat of paint on the walls, we improved and then worked on putting up some shelving or another carpentry project, then finished with a second coat of paint on the wall, that would be a great use of our time and your budget.
